As a Mind Reader for hire, the mind reading that I demonstrate in my mentalism performances are achieved via a combination of body language, suggestion, psychology and old fashioned trickery! No…I am definitely not psychic nor do I have any woo-woo-powers, but regardless, these Jedi-like mind control abilities leaves the audience being fooled. How the impossible mind reading feats are achieved is for them to work out.
MIND READER FOR HIRE
The performance in itself is anything from 15 to 120 minutes in duration, and just like Mind Reader Derren Brown, I appear to demonstrate highly developed mental or intuitive abilities. My performances may appear to include hypnosis, telepathy, clairvoyance, divination, precognition, psychokinesis, mediumship (please note I said ‘appear’), mind control, memory feats and extreme mathematics. What I do is sometimes categorised as psychic entertainment, although that category also contains non-mentalist performers such as psychic readers and bizarrists.
With this form of entertainment, the illusion of being able to read minds, predict the future events, influence human behaviour and perform a vast array of mystical, mind blowing effects are displayed to an audience than can vary from 5-1000 (or more).
INTRIGUING INTERACTIVE PSYCHOLOGICAL ENTERTAINMENT
This form of Psychological Entertainment or as it is refereed to sometimes as psychological magic, is suitable for ‘stroll around’ pre-dinner entertainment, as pre-show on stage or as a stand alone stage show up to 2 hours in duration. Prepare to be amazed and totally dumbfounded as the impossible becomes possible.
STROLL AROUND / CLOSE UP MIND READING
With everyday objects, I can stroll around standing or sitting guests at their tableside and ‘read minds’. This can be performed as a stand alone act or as an add-on prior to a stage hypnosis show.
